Florida Apostolic Bible Center is the successor of the New Life Tabernacle Ministers in Training Program founded by Pastor Daniel M. Davy. This intensive program covers many topics to equip individuals for ministerial licensing, primarily within the United Pentecostal Church International.

Pastor Davy attended Ryerson University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He’s also a graduate of Aenon Bible College and Alpha Bible College. Under his leadership, more than 50 ministers have been licensed with the United Pentecostal Church International.
